I purchased a digital download and need help finding my purchase!

Digital downloads are emailed directly to the email address associated with your purchase after your transaction is processed.

If, for some reason, you are unable to locate or open your purchase, please email nursekellysnotes@gmail.com with your order number and the file will be sent to you directly. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time your request is sent for the file to be emailed to you directly.

I work for a hospital/nursing school and am interested in making a bulk order. Can you help?

Yes, I would love to discuss bulk ordering with you! Bulk orders are discounted and bulk ordering should be used if 10 or more of an item are needed. Please fill out the form here to receive information on pricing and processing times!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Physical products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (defined as the package reaching its final destination per the shipper). Products must be in mint condition and unused for refunds to be issued. Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded. For purchases including bundled digital and physical items, only the cost of the physical item will be refunded.

To return your item, please use this Contact form. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) to be returned. Within 2-4 business days, your request will be processed and you will receive notification if your return has been accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning items.

Refunds take 2-4 business days to process from the time that returns are received. If an item is returned without approval from Nurse Kelly’s Notes (as outlined above), a return will not be processed.

My package arrived damaged. Can I exchange it?

I know how frustrating it can be to wait for a purchase, only to discover that’s arrived damaged. Physical products that are unused can be exchanged for up to 7 business days after delivery. Please use this contact form to provide your order number and a description (preferably a photo) of the damaged item so that it can be evaluated for an exchange.
